How much will my custom piece cost?

The quote depends on the garment, artwork, technique and quantity. We confirm the price before you pay the advance.

When will it be dispatched?

Timing depends on the design and production requirements. Ask us about your deadline; we confirm the expected dispatch with your quote.

Can any design be embroidered?

Detail, size and placement affect what works in embroidery. Share your reference and we'll confirm feasibility or discuss a suitable alternative.

Can I change or return a custom order?

Check the size, colour, placement and artwork before confirming. Personalised and bespoke orders cannot be changed once placed and are final sale, except for faults covered by our policy.
